Deicide - Scars of the Crucifix Spirit Board

For this project, I was commissioned to design a custom spirit board for Deicide, one of the most established and influential names in American death metal. Drawing from the visual language surrounding Scars of the Crucifix, I developed a bespoke piece that translates the band’s uncompromising identity into a highly detailed physical design.

The artwork combines custom typography, intricate illustration and dark symbolic elements inspired by the band’s visual world. The result is a distinctive collectible that remains authentic to Deicide’s aesthetic while transforming the identity of the release into a new format created specifically for their audience.
